Our training participants include allied health professionals, community & employment service providers, along with managers & front-line staff from a diverse range of organisations.

Our founder, Sharon Mamo, spent years on the ground working with tens of thousands of individuals, delivering psychotherapy and behavioural change interventions. Her success in guiding clients through life changes and recovery is unparalleled. Building on Sharon’s groundbreaking work, Creating New Pathways has grown into a collective of professionals dedicated to addressing the complex needs of individuals and supporting organisations to do the same.

With over 15 years of experience in psychotherapy and behavioural change, Sharon has supported thousands of individuals in overcoming complex challenges. Drawing from her lived experience and expertise in Neuropsychotherapy, Sharon has developed innovative programs and professional development initiatives that transform lives and systems. Her work focuses on empowering individuals and professionals to create sustainable change.

Montana Nicoloutsopoulos
Program Lead

Co-Developer and Program Lead of the SAMMs Toolbox. As an AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Montana specialises in mental health assessments, program development, and staff supervision and training. Her passion for mentoring and delivering workshops empowers professionals to navigate complex needs, fostering resilience in both participants and practitioners.
